Inner Integration
Winter is a time of turning inward. It asks us to slow down, to listen more closely, and to rest in what is present rather than pushing toward change. Winter sessions reflect this inward movement, offering a guided space for listening, integration, and quiet understanding.
These sessions are held as one-to-one work online, meeting you where you are and allowing the space to be shaped by what winter is asking of you.
The Winter sessions provides intentional space to pause and listen beneath the surface of daily life. Our time together may include conversation, quiet reflection, gentle inquiry, or moments of stillness. There is no agenda to follow and no outcome to achieve.
