Energy Medicine Session
Duration: 90 minutes
This session integrates the healing arts of Reiki and Sacred Weaving, either separately or together, depending on your unique needs.
During your session, you will remain fully clothed while lying on a treatment table, though treatments can also be given while seated or standing. Using a combination of light touch, hands hovering above the body, and energetic sweeping techniques, I guide the flow of energy to where it is most needed. You may experience warmth, tingling, a sense of lightness, or simply deep relaxation. Each session is an intuitive, individualized experience, designed to support your well-being. Distance sessions available.

Spiritual Mentoring
Duration: 60 minutes
A spiritual mentor is someone who holds space for you to do your deep work to ultimately live the life you’ve always wanted. I work with you to change, redirect, navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks. I use a deeper, more holistic approach to work through the layers of your life that no longer serve you.

No prior experience with guided meditation or meditation is needed. All you need to do is follow along as I guide you through a calming visualization exercise designed to relax your body and mind. You will focus on your breath—breathing in, holding, and slowly releasing. During the session, I will pause the meditation to flow Reiki and Universal Energy to you, enhancing your relaxation. We’ll conclude by resuming the meditation, gently bringing you back to a state of awareness. Group class available.
