Sessions
Seasons at Weaver Grove
We once lived in closer relationship with the turning of the seasons, and our bodies knew how to respond to their changing rhythms. Over time, many of us have lost that sense of movement and flow. This work is about reconnecting breath and body to the signals of the season—listening for when to slow, when to rest, and when to move—so that inner peace can arise naturally.
As the wheel turns, there are times for inward listening and remembering, times for clarity and emergence, times for integration and embodied living, and times for reflection, discernment, and release. Wherever you find yourself on the wheel, the work meets you there.
This work is about reconnecting breath and body to what the season is signaling—slowing when it asks us to slow, moving when it invites movement—so that inner peace can emerge naturally.

- Spring supports clarity, emergence, and naming what wants to grow.
- Summer emphasizes integration, embodiment, and living in alignment with what feels true.
- Autumn offers space for meaning-making, gratitude, discernment, and release.
What This Work Is
At Weaver Grove, the work is not about fixing or changing who you are. It is about creating intentional space—held with care and thoughtful guidance—where insight can surface, understanding can deepen, and what has felt scattered can begin to come together in a way that feels steady and true.
How the Space Is Held
The spaces at Weaver Grove are shaped by years of experience with Reiki, Sacred Weaving, spiritual guidance, reflective inquiry, and deep listening. These practices are not offered as separate services. They inform how the space is held—supporting presence, discernment, and understanding as they arise naturally. You do not need to choose a modality. The work responds to what is ready to be met.
These practices have shaped how I listen, perceive, and respond. They form the foundation beneath the work.
At times, this may include gentle teaching or shared language that helps you recognize patterns, inner movements, or ways of listening you can carry forward beyond our time together.
What to Expect
When you schedule a session at Weaver Grove, we meet together online in a quiet, private space. Our time may include conversation, guided reflection, gentle inquiry, moments of stillness, intuitive listening, or shared noticing of what is present.
I may offer reflections, questions, teachings, or tools when they feel supportive. Practices such as energy awareness, sacred weaving, or Reiki may inform how the space is held, but nothing is applied or done to you. The work unfolds collaboratively, guided by the season and by what is ready to be met.
How to Begin
