Restorative Reiki Meditation
Duration: 60 minutes

This small class, with no more than four participants, ensures that everyone has their own space to lie comfortably on the floor while soft music plays in the background.
No prior meditation experience is needed—simply follow along as I guide you through a visualization exercise to relax your body and mind. You’ll focus on breathing in, holding, and slowly releasing your breath. During the session, I’ll pause the meditation to flow Reiki energy into the room, then resume the meditation to gently bring you back.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable on the floor. Alternatively, you may use my treatment table if lying on the floor isn’t ideal for you.
