Crystal grids are a powerful and beautiful way to manifest your dreams, goals, and intentions. The energy of a crystal grid is amplified by the stones you choose, their arrangement, and the intentions you set.

In this class, you’ll learn:
  • How to cleanse your crystals
  • How to set up your crystal grid
  • How to set and focus the intention of your grid
  • How to select the best stones to support your intentions
  • How to charge and activate your crystals

Guided meditation
Restorative Reiki Meditation
Duration: 60 minutes

This small class, with no more than four participants, ensures that everyone has their own space to lie comfortably on the floor while soft music plays in the background.

No prior meditation experience is needed—simply follow along as I guide you through a visualization exercise to relax your body and mind. You’ll focus on breathing in, holding, and slowly releasing your breath. During the session, I’ll pause the meditation to flow Reiki energy into the room, then resume the meditation to gently bring you back.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable on the floor. Alternatively, you may use my treatment table if lying on the floor isn’t ideal for you.

Soul Speak: A Journey Within
Duration: 60 minutes every two weeks for seven classes

This program is for those ready to practice Reiki professionally, ensuring they have the experience, ethics, and confidence needed to work with clients.
