Embodied Alignment
Spring is a time of emergence. It brings movement after stillness and invites curiosity, growth, and new possibility. Spring sessions reflect this energy, offering a guided space for clarifying what is beginning to take shape and listening for what wants to grow.
These sessions are held as one-to-one work online, meeting you where you are and allowing the space to be shaped by what spring is asking of you.
The Spring sessions provide intentional space to notice what is stirring beneath the surface. Our time together may include conversation, reflection, gentle inquiry, or shared noticing as new insight and direction begin to emerge. There is no pressure to decide or act before clarity is ready.
Spring work often supports:
You do not need to arrive with a plan. This space supports listening for what is beginning.

These practices are not used as techniques to apply, but as ways of listening more fully. You do not need to choose a modality. The work responds to what is ready to be met in this season.
